This year's event was held under the motto: "Quality-oriented processes and trained employees are key elements for the company's success!" On this day, employees received special training to deepen their knowledge of international and national corporate standards. In group work, all participants conducted a comprehensive employee assessment, after which the best employees were determined. Highest rated teams also received valuable gifts.
"As far as the quality of the products is concerned, we not only concerned with the general characteristics and qualities of our plastic cards but also with their ability to fully meet the expectations and requirements of our customers." The mission of Plastic Card is to build successful relationships with our customers in the area of payment services and identification. It implies that we strive to use the most innovative practices at every stage of the product lifecycle," explains Anna Martyanova, the Quality Director of the Plastic Card company.
Today, the management system is implemented and functionally based on international standards for CQM (Card Quality Management), Lean Production and ISO 9001 requirements.
